www.jakedillard.com Many people say that the JVC Everio cannot be edited in Windows Movie Maker. However this isnt true for me. I have windows vista premium and a JVC Everio mg-155. Importing the .mod files into WMM is a breeze, this video will tell you and show you the ends and outs. Please turn up speakers, my voice is kind of low. Any questions just comment, message. I check this everyday so i will reply fast. ------------------------------ Update: These .MOD files WILL NOT work on windows xp. It will only work on vista, I'm not sure about xp pro or anything, But I have vista home premium, and I'm pretty sure it works on all the other vista versions. You can download a video codec from www.download.com and WATCH the .MOD movies BUT NOT edit them. Editing videos fabricated with JVC HDD Camcorder for uploading to Youtube
Many people have asked me questions about how to edit their videos because they have had problems with the videos not being loaded in widescreen or with the videos not being loaded in HD or just with the videos being really small when they are posted to Youtube. Someone recently asked me to upload a video showing how I edit the videos to get them in the right format and everything, and I decided that would be a good idea. This is not very good quality, but I think it gets the basics across. Also, I put this into a High Quality rather than HD quality format so as not to have to wait hours for the video to upload and the resolution is 720x480, which is a pretty good resolution... just not HD.
